**From Tuesday 30th September Moreton Group Practice will be using a new online system for appointment requests called GP Connect. This is to improve access to your GP Surgery.
All administrative queries and prescription requests will be directed through here. You may also call us, and our team will be on hand to help you with your online request if needed.
