**Important information** – Updated Process for ordering ADHD medications through your GP.

If you are prescribed medication by the practice for ADHD please note that you will now need up to date observations in the last 6 months.

These include:

Blood Pressure

Height

Weight

BMI

Pulse.

If you have not had these recorded with us in the last 6 months, please book an appointment with a HCA as the GP will not be able to issue your next prescription without these.
