Military Veterans Service Booklet
The booklet details the Veterans in Mind service provided by Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust, who provide psychological therapy and recovery interventions to ex-service men and women who have served with the armed forces and are registered with a GP in Cheshire and Merseyside (excluding Liverpool).
GPs can make referrals for individuals into the service, however they also accept self-referrals. They offer treatment and support in a range of locations on Wirral. Please click the link below to view a copy of the Military Veterans Service Booklet
